The terms of use are different depending on the item purchased:

*DIGITAL BACKGROUNDS: are intended to create composite photography for you or your clients ( (only for small bussines owned and operated by one person). For uses other than this, please contact me first.

Some of the uses not allowed are indicated below (in another question) 

*DIGITAL OVERLAYS: the same as for digital backgrounds, except in the cases which it is clearly and expressly indicated in the description that small commercial use (small scale) is allowed as long as it is incorporated into a creative work that requires effort and the files cannot be extracted.

All uses that are not expressly permitted are prohibited.

Anything from this store must not be directly or indirectly resold, shared, licensed, or distributed, directly or indirectly, in any way.

All uses which are not expressly granted are prohibited.

Some uses are strictly not allowed:

- You can not use images made with my digital backgrounds to offer your services on Etsy or similar marketplace or platform. You can use those images only on your own website or/and your social media accounts. You may not use them to advertise online outside of your own sites (this includes but is not limited to google ads, facebook and instagrams ads).

- You may not use any of the example images (photos) from my shop/site and display them on your website. You need to make your own examples.

- Files may be sent to your clients flattened.

- You can not use the works in Facebook groups where remote edits are offered (free or for a fee).

Do not claim my work as your own, the copyright is not transferable.

All the work is protected by Copyright laws, so failure to comply with any of the terms of use will result in appropriate legal action being taken. You can find at the bottom of the page all legal information.

You can upload your finished work to your website and any social media platfoms, but always showing your finished creation, after adding your subject or creating your artwork.

This depends on the article.

When this is allowed, it is expressly stated in the description that can be used for small commercial use.

When this is not expressly stated in the description, this mean that you would need one extended license to do that.

Please note: "overlays" is only refering a png on transparent background.

When you complete your purchase for a digital item, you will be able to download the item at the end of the checkout process.

You will also receive an order confirmation email including the order receipt and the link to download the product.

Since most of the files are very large, connections can time out and cause problems. Try re-downloading the files with one at time.

Sometimes using a different internet brownser can help when you are experiencing problems. If you use Internet Explorer, try using Firefox.

Unfortunately there is not much that can be done to guarantee the quality or a buyer's internet connection.

It is expected that the purchaser without account will back up the files on an external storage device. We are not reponsible for lost files, but may be willing to re-issue them once a valid purchase receip has been provided. 

Consider having an account if you want to have acces to your past purchases, however, note that we reserve the right to modify and / or delete the articles without prior notice at any time.

The maximum number of times a customer can download the files is 10. If for some reason you run out of 10 downloads, and need to download the file again, contact me and provide me with a valid recipe of the purchase, I'll be happy to help you download it again.

Please note that, since it is not the main purpose of those digital items to obtain prints on a large scale, we do not provide other file sizes, only those indicated in the descriptions. However, being high resolution files, you can print the digital backdrops as an actualle large scale, but only in two cases:

- for your personal use (birthday part, banner, etc)

- for your professional use in your photography studio.

Please note that it is not allowed to print the designs for sales, you would need an extended license to do that.

They are high resolution images at 300 dpi, so you can get easily many sizes. To know the exact size is better to ask to the professional of printing service, they are the professionals who will guarantee a certain quality og the print depending of the size of the file.

Also they are who must guarantee a good result, this is beyond my control so I am not responsible for errors or for the quality of the print.

At this moment my digital backgrounds can not be purchased as a physical backdrops, so if you found them available for sale this is from a NO LEGAL provider.

At this time due to a busy schedule I am not able to do custom requests or editing service.
